Somen Salad
��Ingredients: 0.4 pound somen noodles(thin noodles), 1 medium cucumber, sliced, 1 beet, sliced into rings, 1 egg fried hard, break yolk, dressing ingredients(1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoon roasted sesame seed)

1. Break egg and beat. Spread egg thinly into a circle about 8 inches in diameter and fry in a pan. Cut into 2x8 inch strips.
2. Boil Somen noodles. Wash and rinse with ice water to chill.
3. Put dressing ingredients in a food processor until sesame seeds are finely ground.
4. Serve Somen noodles in a dish. Top with cucumbers, beets and fried egg. Pour dressing over noodles.
